No place but likely Sunbury, unsigned but in the hand of William MacClay, June 27, 1785. Folio, pen, ink and watercolor on laid paper, 16” x 13”. Old folds, light scattered foxing, edge chips and old paper and tissue reinforcement of horizontal fold separations, very good to nearly fine overall. OCLC locates no colonial or federal era maps or surveys of Tioga Point. An exceptional rarity.
